TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD shall be maintained at 41 degrees or less. Observed deli ham and deli cheese in the display reach-in cooler at 46 degrees. All food products in the deli section of the display cooler relocated to the walk-in cooler at 41 degrees or below and a refrigeration service will be called to repair the cooler. Food moved to a cooler at 41 degrees or below and refrigeration service will be contacted to repair the cooler to hold food at 41 degrees or below. CORRECT BY: Oct 5, 2023 |
